Hi, I'm Helen and I have loved working freelance at High 5 Events for over 15 years!
I read French and Spanish at the University of Wales, Swansea, and have had a varied career path. I started my professional life as an air hostess with British Airways, and following this, completed a PGCE and worked as a language teacher. More recently, I have continued to work in schools in other capacities, and my roles have included Secretary, Admissions Officer and Educational Visits Coordinator. I have also worked with Northern Ireland Opera.

What is your role at the company, and what do you love most about it?
Event Manager. Being organised and following procedures step by step!!! And meeting new people.
What is one project or achievement you're particularly proud of?
Not work-related, but running the London Marathon (nearly killed me) and raising money for The Children's Society.
What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?
Dark room, rocking back and forth. Just joking. G&T and hot bath.
What’s one thing on your bucket list?
Travel the world.
