Hello, my name is Cai.
I have over three years of experience in events, covering all aspects of pre-production, live delivery, and post-production. Alongside this, I run a personal photography business and hold formal qualifications in Film Production, which have equipped me with a strong foundation in visual storytelling, creative ideas and technical adaptability.
I’m genuinely excited to continue growing in every area of the events industry and to embrace all the opportunities this dynamic field has to offer.

What is your role at the company, and what do you love most about it?
My role is the Events Coordinator; I love the positive and supportive work environment from the team and appreciate working alongside such skilled and intelligent colleagues!
What is one project or achievement you're particularly proud of?
During my time at The Broxbourne Council, we would plan outdoor cinemas in the town centres for schools and public to attend. We often had SEN schools attend and giving them all a wonderful day out every time was really motivating. I love putting a smile on people’s faces and when the event day comes, it makes all the hard work worth it!
What’s your favourite way to unwind after a busy day?
I love heading to the gym after work and then attempting to cook a lovely meal. Unwinding with games or movies!
What’s one thing on your bucket list?
I would love to cycle around Iceland and Japan one time in my life. It would take a lot of training and planning but that's half the fun!
Favourite destination/place in the world
Norway – The people were just so polite and welcoming; the mountains were stunning during hikes. I would suggest the train between Bergen and Oslo – Goes through the mountain peaks and lakes.
