At the end of a tough year many of our clients were looking for ways to bring teams together, recognise the efforts in coping with Covid-19 and say thank you, with a fun, festive but virtual event.
Virtual Team Fun
Challenges
- Inevitably 2020 was different as new ideas were being developed to deliver an on-line Christmas. The High 5 Team worked with trusted partners to deliver Christmas and tested new event ideas to make sure they would meet client standards.
- Event capacity was still an issue in the virtual world. While the internet can cope with another Christmas Quiz on Zoom, we still needed Quiz Masters, Cocktail Chefs, Choir Leaders and Escape Room Hosts to lead our festive events. Book early to avoid disappointment still applies in the “new normal”!
- With many clients operating in a regulated healthcare environment, plans were designed to meet compliance rules.
- And just like a “normal” Christmas some people leave it just a little bit too late before booking their Christmas Sparkle!
Delivery
- High 5’s Christmas Elves sent suitably festive invites to all the guests and packaged up support parcels for Santa (aka DPD) to deliver in time for the events.
- It wasn’t quite the 12 days of Christmas…. but the fun included
- 7 Elves a-singing
- 18 Santa’s quizzing
- 25 Cocktail mixers
Outcome
Responding to the Covid challenge, the High 5 Team delivered a new series of Christmas events to provide a festive sparkle for XX Festive Delegates to enjoy.
