UK Roadshow


History / Background

This international client wanted a series of roadshows around the UK in order to present the latest developments to their key customers.
This is the first of a series of roadshows, to launch new products into the market place within an enjoyable networking environment.


To deliver a repetitive programme whilst also ensuring the welcome and content was fresh for their customers. The continual message of the roadshow was imperative.
Delegate feedback from all the roadshows were implemented to increase attendance figures. 
Availability and logistics of the faculty is always a determining factor with dates of prospective roadshows.  It was important that the delegate invitation process gave enough time to ensure full regional attendance.


6 key locations within the UK were chosen to ensure maximum customer coverage.  Each of the chosen venues was within one hotel group where High 5 negotiated preferential rates to ensure a similar style and perception of hotel.
The main presentation day featured renowned key speakers with discussions covering industry trends, product updates and customer case studies.  The day also included executive meetings, workshop sessions and a networking lunch.


High 5 provided an online registration system along with hard copy invitations distributed by local reps, this gave an opportunity for the local reps to increase appointments.
Each attendee was offered individual travel options to ensure a personal service and maximum attendance at the roadshows.
High 5 worked hand in hand with the client team to ensure one united onsite team. 
High 5's role also encompassed post event feedback, reimbursement of all expenses and full budgetary breakdown.
