International Roadshow

History / Background

Our Client, one of the world’s largest hotel chains wanted to host a series of events to run consecutively for four nights in Europe and the UK showcasing their portfolio of international properties.

Challenges

To deliver an identical programme whilst also ensuring the welcome and content was relevant to their MICE, Business Travel and Leisure customers. A consistent message at each event was imperative; therefore the same team of High 5 event staff, musicians and entertainment crew all travelled with the event to ensure every guests’ experience was the same, regardless of their location.

Destination

4 key locations; Stockholm, Edinburgh, Manchester and London were chosen to ensure ultimate customer coverage. Each of the chosen venues had to have that certain WOW factor to ensure maximum attendance and with the addition of a string quartet and some stunning acrobatic performers the WOW factor is exactly what was achieved!

Logistics

High 5 Events provided an online registration website for each event and worked hand in hand with the client team to ensure one united onsite team. The number of guests for each event ranged from 100 300 and each guest received an overview of their online registration plus further confirmation pre-event.

High 5 Events liaised with the Client to ensure the stylish vision of the event was translated into reality with atmospheric lighting and logo placement alongside sophisticated catering and entertainment.

Our role also encompassed full on-site support across the event, including a Welcome Desk service for the guests arriving at each event, with the ability to manage any last minute onsite registrations by offering portable badge printing services. High 5 also managed the travel and accommodation for the Client and entertainment team plus AV and logistical requirements at each venue.
