History / Background

Our Client, one of the world’s largest hotel chains wanted to host a series of events to run consecutively over four nights in Europe and the UK showcasing their portfolio of international properties. The client desired a stylish and sophisticated vision to reflect their brand and venues.

Challenges

  • Deliver an identical programme in every venue but relevant to each venues’ MICE, Business Travel and Leisure customers
  • Venus in London, Stockholm, Edinburgh & Manchester
  • Consistent message at each event was imperative
  • 1000 guests spread across 4 venues
  • WOW factor required

Delivery

  • High 5 Events provided a purpose-built online registration website. Each guest received a personalised confirmation with a summary of their registration plus further confirmation pre-event.
  • Our role also encompassed full on-site support including a Welcome Desk service for the guests with the ability to manage any last-minute onsite registrations by offering portable badge printing services
  • High 5 Events managed the travel and accommodation for the Client’s team and the entertainers
  • We used our preferred AV partners to deliver the stunning lighting at all the venues and managed the logistical requirements for the whole tour
  • To achieve consistency the same team of High 5 Events, the musicians and entertainment crew all travelled with the event to ensure every guests’ experience was the same

Outcome

The WOW factor is exactly what was achieved with atmospheric lighting and logo placement to enhance the venues which were brought to life with a string quartet and some stunning acrobatic performers, supported by sophisticated catering to showcase the chef’s talents.
