Welcome to the IDD Global Steps Challenge
Over the last year, we all have demonstrated and proven the value of working together across departments and functions, throughout all our division. While we unfortunately are unable to meet in person, it is exciting to be able to virtually travel the world through our IDD Global Steps Challenge and demonstrate our 4i values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement as we work together in teams with one shared goal: to unlock a $5,000 donation to both Doctors Without Borders and UNICEF!
Join to support our shared Mission, to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer.
A Journey of Kindness
Our journey takes us across the globe on a virtual visit to many IDD sites and other interesting places. We will learn about some of the fantastic CSR projects our colleagues have delivered to support our global community and other examples of special kindness in the countries we visit.
The challenge is also about you and your Regional Team colleagues being more active. The target of your team is an average 8,000 steps per day per person - so every step by everyone counts towards the goal. Not doing many steps? Use the Activity Converter to record other ways you are being active. Our IDD goal is for every Regional Team to return to Uppsala by February 14 to unlock a donation of $5,000 to both Doctors Without Borders and UNICEF.
Encourage each other, compete with and encourage the other Regions so We Win Together.
