ABPI Refresher

We are all very conscious of increasing scrutiny of everything we do and the need to be compliant in everything we do.  For most of our clients the APBI Code of Practice is a strict requirement & an event expectation. Even for our clients outside the pharma industry, the Code offers a useful reference point on what is appropriate. 

Therefore, we were delighted to welcome John Chater from Life Science Access Academy to this week’s training session to provide a timely update and refresher on the Code and the 2021 changes which came into force last July. Our lively session (yes even when discussing the 31 clauses of the ABPI Code!) included a Breach-No Breach challenge (opening of red boxes not required) to test our understanding of compliance.

As we start another busy year with increasing numbers of on-site meetings, this update will assist us to support our clients through the compliance minefield.
